Vipul Fashions will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. We’ll send an email when your return has been processed. We will credit your original form of payment for returns mailed within 10 days of the shipping date and issue a Vipul gift card if mailed after 10 days.

Shipping charges waived on Even Exchanges!

Ordered the wrong fabric (for products available in multiple fabrics) or color? No worries! If you need to exchange an item for the same item in different fabric or color, we will waive the new shipping cost for domestic orders. However, if we’re unable to arrange for a pickup in your city, we will credit Rs.100 to your Vipul Fashions Store account towards courier charges once we receive your returns shipment.

Uneven Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange merchandise for a different item, return label and new shipping fees will apply.

Most returns are processed within ten days of receipt in our warehouse. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed. You may also check the status of your return by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase or a gift card will be issued. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit and mailed to you. Please note: if you paid with PayPal and want credit back to your account, you must return your merchandise to our warehouse for a refund.

Follow the directions on the back of the packing slip to return merchandise for credit or exchange. Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip.

Packing your returns box is fairly simple. You only need to ensure that it is secure so that the products reach us in good condition.

Step 1:Prepare your returns box - Securely pack the products you want to return in a box/envelope. You can either use the VipulFashions box/envelope or use a box/envelope of your own. Please use an additional layer of outer envelope or box to pack, when you return these products. We may not be able to process returns for products that have been damaged in transit.

Step 2: Put the tags, and original invoice received from VipulFashions into the returns box and secure the box with an adhesive tape.

Step 3: Finally paste the Self-gumming RETURNS LABEL on the box. This label has your order number and the returns delivery address. In case you lose or damage the Return Label, send the Shipment to the address mentioned below and write the order number on the address label, so that we can identify your shipment and validate its contents -

Using Your Own Shipping Method

You can send items back to us at the address below using any other trackable/insured shipping method. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.


Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt of any returns. A refund can only be issued either back into the credit card or debit card.
During peak periods such as Sales or Festive periods processing returns may be slightly delayed.
The refunds would be processed, only if the product has tags intact and is in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
At no point of time, we would issue refunds, more than the product value.

Refund on Returns:

We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
Any shipping costs of sending back to India above what customer paid for shipping charges while receiving them from India are the responsibility of the customer.
At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
There is an admin/credit card commission cost of Rs 100 & will be deducted for refund.
Shipping cost would be deducted for refund, since we offer free shipping all over India above a certain amount.
